Change account billing information

To change the selected payment method or the company billing address, you need to log in to your shopper account at Avangate eCommerce, using the email you entered in Avangate, not necessarily the one you're using to sign in to AWR Cloud), then access "myAccount" section.

The payment details replacement can be also completed using the AWR Cloud account shortcut. Access the top right corner user menu -> Edit payment info. This will redirect you to myAccount shopper section from Avangate.

I subscribed to more than one plan, by mistake. Now what?

If you accidentally added more items in the shopping cart and finalized the purchase, contact us at help@awrcloud.com and we will return the amount charged for the plans you subscribed to by mistake.

I have a coupon code. How can I use it?

Once you received the code from us, you can use it in the shopping cart, within the "I have a discount" section. The discount will be automatically applied to your cart.

The subscription automatic renewal failed. What happens with the AWR Cloud account?

You are still able to temporarily access the Cloud account data, but the rank tracking updates are suspended until the subscription will be manually renewed.

I need to change my current AWR Cloud plan. Will I be charged extra?

If you want to upgrade to a higher plan, the price is calculated using the most recent costs incurred by the customer and the next subscription level amount.

Discount for annual billing

If you decide to subscribe to one of our yearly plans, you will take advantage of the 10% off out of the entire price.

Will my credit card be charged during the 30-day trial?

Of course not. Even though all plans higher than Starter require credit card information, you will not be charged within the trial at any matter.

During the 30 days, you can enable the automatic renewal if you enjoyed using AWR Cloud, so you can continue with your subscription when the trial ends. :)

What if I need a refund?

If you are not fully satisfied with your subscription, you can request a refund.To request a refund, please contact us by email at help@awrcloud.com

Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days from the date the refund request was submitted.

Will my order be secure?

We guarantee your orders and all purchase activity is 100% secure.

We do not store your billing information. All the information is stored and processed by our eCommerce partner, Avangate, and it is done via industry standard SSL encryption.
