The Panels placed on the left side of the screen allow you to interact with the currently selected interactive reports and customize them in real time.
 | You can edit the information contained in each panel by clicking on the button in the upper right corner of the panel. |
The Search Engines panel
This panel allows you to select which search engine you want to be used for the current report. It is available for all interactive reports except Overview.
The panel's context menu can be accessed with a Right-Click (on Windows and Linux) or with an Option+Click (on Mac OS X). It contains the following items:

Properties.
Opens a window with the selected search engine properties.

Deactivate.
Deactivates the selected Search Engine. The selected Search Engine will no longer appear in your project, and its data will not be updated, until you activate it again.

Add Note.
You can add notes to your project to remind you for some actions you took in the past or that you wish to take in the future.

Swap Panels.
Swaps the screen places of the Search Engines and Keywords panels. This option is available only when the Keywords panel is also visible.
 | A filter option is available in the top right corner of the Search Engines panel. With the help of this filter you can search for a certain search engine in your project, especially when you are dealing with a long list that could easily discourage your search. Just type the first letters of the search engine you are looking for in the filter box and the list will adjust to the letters you type, displaying all the related items. |
The Keywords panel
This panel allows you to select which keywords you want to be used for the current interactive report. It is not available in the Overview report.
The context menu of the Keywords panel contains the following items:

Add Keywords.
Adds new keywords to the list.

Remove Keywords.
Removes the selected keyword from the list.

Deactivate.
Deactivates the selected keywords. They will no longer appear in the project and the data associated with them will not be updated, until you have activated them again.

Add Note.
You can add notes to your project to remind you for some actions you took in the past or that you wish to take in the future.

Show search engine results.

Swap Panels.
Swaps the screen places of the Search Engines and Keywords panels.
When both a search engine and a keyword is selected, you can use this menu to open a new browser window which contains the results of the search for the selected search engine and keyword. You can also do this by double-clicking on a keyword in the Keywords Panel.

When you have a large number of keywords in your project, you can always check for the existence of a certain keyword in your list, by simply typing the first letters of the keyword you are looking for in the filter box. The list will adjust to the letters you type, displaying all the related items. |
The Websites panel
This panel allows you to select which wensite you want to be highlighted in the current interactive report.
In the Websites panel, you can select one or more wensites by clicking on them while pressing the Control or the Shift key. Those websites will be highlighted in all the reports, as "bold" text in tables and as the only colored lines in the Rank Evolution charts.
The panel's context menu contains the following items:

Expand Tree.
Expand all websites.

Collapse Tree.
Collapse all websites.

Add Websites.
Adds an website to the project.

Remove Websites.
Removes the selected website from the project.

Rename Websites.
Renames the selected website.

Edit Websites.
Opens the Project Settings to edit the selected website.

Add Note.
You can add notes to your project to remind you for some actions you took in the past or that you wish to take in the future.

Import data from Top Sites.
Imports data from Top Sites for all update dates you have in the project, for new websites.
