What happens when the trial runs out?
At the end of the free trial, your data is preserved for another 30 days, during which you can decide whether you’d like to continue with a subscription. No credit card is required during the trial.
Can I import historical data from my previous tool?
Yes, there is a dedicated tool within AWR that can help you import historical ranking data from a third-party tool. Alternatively, you can contact our support team for assistance.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Your new plan will begin as soon as your upgrade order is finalized.
Can I change from a monthly to a yearly subscription (and vice versa)?
Yes, switching from a monthly to a yearly plan is possible straight from your AWR account “Upgrade” page. If you’re on a yearly plan, reach out to us for guidance on how to switch to monthly payments.
Do you have a 30 day money back guarantee?
Yes! You get a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. Just contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund your payment. No questions asked.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your AWR subscription at any time from within the app. When cancelling your account, it remains active until the end of the billed period. If you cancel your subscription within the first 30 days of account activation, you are entitled to a full refund. No questions asked.
If I cancel my subscription what will happen to my account?
When cancelling your subscription, the account remains active until the end of your billed period, after which functions such as ranking and reporting are disabled. Account access remains available for an additional 30 days, after which login is also disabled. Your data will be completely deleted from our systems after 90 days.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit Cards (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and UnionPay)
PayPal payments
Wire Transfers (upon request)
We recommend you use a credit card or PayPal because the other methods may delay your order until the payment is actually received.
Does the price include tax?
No, additional taxes may apply depending on the country you live in. The added tax details will appear on the payment screen before you complete your subscription.
Will I pay more if I add more users or projects?
No, all our plans include unlimited users and projects.
Will my plan be upgraded automatically if I add more keywords?
No. You will not be upgraded automatically to the next subscription level unless you perform the Upgrade action manually, from your Account Settings.
If you choose not to upgrade your subscription, any keywords that exceed the number of available resources will not be fetched.
You can see an estimated consumption progress for your keyword ranking units at all times. When the estimated consumption reaches 90% of the monthly resources available in your subscription, you will also receive an automatic email notification.
Can I have my own branding (white label) on a custom domain?
Yes! You can easily remove all AWR branding and display your own company logo. You can also host the reports on your own custom domain. This can be done directly from the app, or you can contact us and we can help you with the setup. This feature is available in the Agency plan or higher and for all yearly subscriptions.
Do you offer API access?
Yes. If you subscribe to an Agency plan or higher, you will have unlimited access to the API so you can create your own ranking reports in house.
Will my website get penalized by Google if I use AWR?
No. Advanced Web Ranking does not send your URL or any other identifiable data to the search engines.
We only send a keyword related query, and when the data is received, we locally look up for your sites in the returned results.
The entire rank tracking process is completely anonymous.
How are keywords calculated in the table above?
A keyword means a single keyword checked weekly in a single search engine, for a single device, with a search depth of 1 to 5 pages.
Examples:
if you track 10 keywords in Google Desktop in one location, with a search depth of 5 pages, you will use 10 keywords from your account limit
if you track 10 keywords in 3 different locations, you will use 30 keywords from your account limit
if you track 10 keywords for 2 devices (desktop and mobile), you will use 20 keywords from your account limit
if you increase your search depth to 10 pages instead of the default 5 pages, you will use 2x the number of keywords from your account limit
How often are keywords updated?
You have multiple options to choose from when you update your keywords:
daily
weekly
biweekly
monthly
on-demand
The default update is weekly and all keywords in the plans above are calculated with this default update frequency.
When you update your keywords daily, you will use 7x more keywords, because there are 7 distinct updates in a week.
When you update your keywords bi-weekly, you will use 2x less keywords, because there are 2 biweekly updates in a month.
When you update your keywords monthly, you will use 4x less keywords, because there are 4 weekly updates in a month.
The on-demand update allows you to pause an update for a project and resume it at a later time. While paused, the keywords in a project are not counted towards your account limit.
Examples:
if you track 10 keywords daily, you will use 10 x 7 = 70 keywords from your account limit
if you track 10 keywords weekly, you will use 10 keywords from your account limit
if you track 20 keywords biweekly, you will use 20 / 2 = 10 keywords from your account limit
if you track 40 keywords monthly, you will use 40 / 4 = 10 keywords from your account limit
