Topic: Lots of ?'s when updating multiple projects

I run updates on multiple projects (upwards of 40 at a time), and I regularly have issues with numerous keywords returning a '?' in the ranking.  I search Google and Bing, but I believe I have only seen them on Google.  The best solution I have so far is to delete the data from the previous run and rerun the bad projects again until it retrieves results for all the search terms.

Is this a known issue?  Is there a work around?

Maybe a feature that detects this error-ed data and reruns the keywords or even the whole project?

Any input is greatly appreciated!

Hello,

I need more information to see what happens.
Can you please, send me an error report from this project, using the Options top-left button, Support -> Report Error menu? This could help me see what the problem is.

About 10 minutes ago I submitted 3 reports for projects I ran over the weekend that returned ?'s on numerous google searches.

We have analyzed your error report and found many messages like this one:

Mar 11, 2012 5:20:21 AM Prj:[*******] has failed because of search engine ban. Proxy

Google returns this message to an IP address, when it receives too many queries in a short period of time from this IP address.

This is for all the proxy servers you use. Are these proxy servers dedicated, or shared proxy servers? If they are dedicated, is there another persons inside your company that uses them on the same time with you?

Please make sure that during the updates there isn't another instance of AWR running, for example, a scheduled update task running at the same time with a manual update, or another similar application sending queries to Google at the same time from these proxy servers. Also, make sure that there is no one else in the company that uses these proxies at the same time.

Please update the projects again and let me know how it goes.
