Advanced Web Ranking sends to the search engines you use in your projects, the same query you send when you search manually in your browser, using the same details. So, the results should be the same with the ones you get in browser. Now, the results may be different and this can be for some reasons. You can find some reasons on our blog, here:

To see what happened in your case, please send me an error report from this project, using the Options top-left button, Support -> Report Error menu.

Also, tell me for which keywords you have this issue and on which position you see the website listed when you search manually in your browser (send me a screen shot from your browser too, with the whole browser window, to see all the options you have there). All these could help me see what the problem is.
