Topic: Complete Report CSS

I'm trying to change the CSS style of a complete seo report HTML. The default is extra and wont let me change to a different style.  Is there anyway to choose a different style?

Re: Complete Report CSS

Complete SEO Report works only with the Extra CSS style. You can change the style for any other report type, but not for this one.

Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Robert

Re: Complete Report CSS

The extra css file within the AWR files, in theory if i edit that, when a report is generated it will generate in the modified css file? What's the reason behind not allowing the extra.css style to be edited?

Many Thanks Robert

Re: Complete Report CSS

Yes, if you edit the existing css file, then the changed file will be used. Just be sure you keep its current name and location. Also, when you will install a new application version (AWR 8.9), the file will be replaced with the new one, so you have to do this every time when you install a new application version. Save the file in a different location than the application installation folder and just replace the one that comes with the new installation files, with the one you have modified.

Let me know how it goes.

Robert

Re: Complete Report CSS

Hi Robert, I've updated the extra.css file in the following location:

C:\Program Files\Caphyon\Advanced Web Ranking\new-styles\extra\extra.css

But when i generate a new report to the FTP and Local, it seems to of reverted back to the original. Any ideas?

Many Thanks

Re: Complete Report CSS

Sorry for a late reply.

The option options you can edit are the ones from the report template wizard (Reports -> Complete SEO Report).

Let me know how it goes.

Robert
