With Advanced Web Ranking you can submit your website to all the search engines and directories in our data base. Advanced Web Ranking provides an intuitive, user-friendly interface between you and the submission page of your preferred search engine. Advanced Web Ranking only supports manual submission to search engines, as the most important search engines and directories discourage automatic submission tools.

Is automatic submission important?

Most search engines and directories use special "spiders" that periodically crawl the web and refresh their index by including all new websites. In order for your site to be found during this process, the search engine's robots (spiders) will take into account any existent incoming links to your site. If such links to your site do not exist, then the manual submission remains the only option. Thus, using a manual submission is a means of drawing the search engine's attention to the existence of your site.

Is inclusion guaranteed?

Submitting your site to a search engine will more often than not give you no guarantee as to the inclusion of your site into that search engine's index. The inclusion process may take from a couple of days to a couple of months, while chances are your site will not at all be accepted. In order to prevent this from happening, carefully read each search engine's inclusion requirements and limitations before taking any action.

Advanced Web Ranking's submitter

Submitting to your favorite search engine through Advanced Web Ranking's submitter is an easy process. When opening the submitter, it will show up as a new tab in your user interface. The list of available search engines and directories are to be found in the left-side tree of the view. Choose a search engine by clicking on it and you will see a succinct description in the right-side view of the page.

The submit page

When the desired search engine is thus selected, you can go to that search engine's submit page which will be opened in your default browser. The submission requirements differ from search engine to search engine and will be specified in the submit page.

This feature is only available in the Professional and Enterprise versions.
