With Advanced
Web Ranking you can generate highly customizable SEO reports for any
search engine and keyword combination. You can choose between various
report formats (such as PDF, HTML, Excel, etc.) and you can also
complement the table data with beautiful evolution charts .
There are nine types of printable reports: Website Ranking, Keywords Ranking, Search Engine Ranking, Top Sites, Overview, Visibility, Analytics, Links and SEO.

The Website Ranking Report
The Website Ranking report shows you the current position of your website compared to your competitors. Also, you can combine the ranking data in this report with related analytics and links metrics. The data contained in the printable report can be ordered by search engine or keyword and you can also attach a graphical chart to it, which contains information about the rank evolution of all the websites in your project.

The Keyword Ranking Report
The Keyword Ranking report shows the position of your websites for the keywords in your project. The data contained in the printable report can be ordered by search engine or website and you can also attach a graphical chart to it. This chart will contain information about the rank evolution of the selected websites, on the selected search engine, with all the active keywords in your project. This will help you see how well your website is ranked for each keyword.

The Search Engine Ranking Report
The Search Engine Ranking report shows the position of your websites for each search engine. The data contained in the printable report can be ordered by keyword or website and you can also attach a graphical chart to it. This chart will contain information about the rank evolution of the selected websites on all the active search engines of your project, for the selected keyword. This will help you see the position of your websites on each and every active search engine.

The Overview Report
The Overview report shows an overview of all keywords and search engines in one table for a quick comparison. The report can be generated using either Websites, Search Engines or Keywords as input. When one of them is selected as input, the other two are presented as output. You also have the ability to swap the two output entities as lines or columns. Multiple inputs can also be selected which allows you to compare your results with another website.

The Top Sites Report
The Top Sites report shows you the position of all websites exactly as they are displayed in the search engine results. In addition to the data the search engine provides, the Top Sites report also shows you the rank evolution of the websites compared to a previous date. The data contained in the printable report can be ordered by search engine or keyword and you can also attach a graphical chart to it, which contains information about the rank evolution of all the websites in your project.

The Visibility Report
The Visibility report gives you an overview of the visibility of your project websites in the search engines. It contains a table view, and optionally, a chart. The table view shows the information in a matrix with the websites as lines and the summary data as columns (mozRank, Domain mozRank, First Place, In Top 3, Moved Up, Moved Down, Ranked, Not Ranked, Visibility Score, Visibility Percent, Site Rank, Average Site Rank).
You can switch the columns and lines using the sorting option from the Output and Layout options section, when editing the report. A graphical chart is also available which displays a comparison in time for the selected criteria, with one line for each selected website.

The Analytics Report
The Analytics Report displays valuable data about your visitors, the keywords they used when they came to your website and how much traffic each search engine drove to your domain. In addition, you get to see details about your conversions/abandonment rates and the completions of your goals, as defined in your Google Analytics accounts. The data contained in the printable report is displayed both as a chart and as a table, with the possibility to see analytics data for multiple websites in the same report.

The Links Report
The Links Report displays link building information for your websites and your competitors, helping you to make a detailed analysis of your links profile. You can see which are the best backlinks of your competitors, how many links you have with each anchor text you are interested in and how well your domain is assessed in terms of SEOmoz link metrics. The data contained in this report is presented as a table, with the possibility to see side by side the link details for your website and your competitors.

The SEO Report
The SEO Report shows you combined analytics, ranking and linking data in a HTML browsable format, providing you with an amazing interactive user experience. You can see a quick summary of your website visibility score across all search engines, the number of visitors that came to your domain during the period selected and the number of links that point back to your website. To see more in-depth details per each type of metrics, you can browse the report's tab and sections and make real time selections of the keywords, search engines and websites you need.

All the above reports are both available within the graphical user interface, as interactive reports and as printable reports. They can be generated, printed, exported in any of the supported formats, sent by email to the specified email addresses, or uploaded to your website automatically via FTP. This can be done manually, after a scheduled update or at a later time using the schedule reports feature.
This feature is only available in the Professional and Enterprise versions.
