Install
When the download completes, extract the contents of the archive in your home directory either using your preferred file manager or using the following shell command:
tar zxf awru-almu-bundle.tgz
The installation of Advanced Web Ranking requires [root]
privileges. You need to either run the installation script using
[sudo] or switch to root using the [su] command before you
install it.
To install Advanced Web Ranking open a terminal window and navigate to the installation directory. Now type the following command:
sudo ./install.sh
and choose the first option to install only the client application. If you wish to install the Server edition, please read these detailed instructions on how to install the Advanced Web Ranking Server and connect the clients to it.
Run
Start the application by double-clicking on the Advanced Web Ranking shortcut that is created on the Desktop.
